Before you submit a ticket
Please make sure that your question has not already been answered in our Knowledgebase or in the Manual. Also do not insert new comments on the ticket unless it is really necessary; by doing it you'll be moving your ticket down in the queue and that is exactly the opposite of what you'd want.
Please do not create tickets to report Bugs. There is an internal forum for that.
